1. Acceptance

By using GraniteAssets, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Market Review Only

GraniteAssets provides tools for organizing public-source market context, watchlists, alerts, paper plans, and learning materials. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, risk controls, account security, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

3. Data Accuracy

Prices, ETF flow context, liquidity checks, public-source news, and alert information may be delayed, cached, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You should verify important information independently.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the app, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload harmful files or infringing content through support channels.
  • Do not present GraniteAssets content as guaranteed market advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, website, branding, design, and content are owned by GraniteAssets or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or written permission.
